Boreless 4blade S484 Competition Turbocharger

This is our Competition/Street/Race Boreless s484. This charger is a Dual Ball Bearing Billet center section. These Ball Bearing S400 centers are tougher then nails and not comparable to a normal S400 journal bearing. They bolt up and fit identical to a normal S400. This is our newest Boreless style compressor wheel. Which means no center hub and shaft coming out the front of it. The center hub/point is only 6mm so that give you 10mm more blade length and a Lighter compressor wheel that spools even better. These only have one option turbine wheel and that is our 96×88 9blade G50 casting turbine wheel. They fit any s400 exhaust housing that is meant for a 96×88 turbine wheel. This 9blade design spools faster then the OE style 10blade and out flows it. On back to back test at 1000hp we dropped 20psi of drive pressure when comparing to the OE 10blade design. Our old style 84mm compressor wheel we have dyno proven it to 1460hp on fuel only on a 5.9 cummins with 250% and a 14mm cp3. That was using a T4 1.25 exhuast housing and a single 45mm wastegate on the manifold. We then sprayed that same setup to 1740hp. This boreless S484 is the baddest of the bad. There is no 84 or 85mm turbo out there that will out perform this turbo hands down. There isnt a s484 or s485mm turbo that will be as tougher then this turbo also. These chargers take every beating you can throw at it when in the correct setup. This turbo is built and meant to be ran as a single turbo. This charger would work good as a atmosphere charger but it was really meant to be a single.
We offer 4 Exhaust housings for these.
1.10 T4 with a 4.62″ outlet. This exhaust housing is ideal for 5.9 guys running a single wastegate for 1450hp or dual wastegate for 1750hp. If you are non gated this exhaust housing is not ideal for nitrous then.
1.25 T4 with 4.62″ outlet. This exhaust housing is deal for a 5.9 or 6.7 that want the most out of a T4 foot. Ideally a single wastegate if you plan to be using nitrous or above 1350hp.
1.15 T6 with 5.75″ marmon outlet. Standard T6 s400 outlet. This housing is great for 6.7 big single guys that want to be 1100-1300hp on fuel only. If using nitrous we recommend at least a single wastegate or dual wastegate for guys wanting to be above 1700hp.
1.32 T6 with 5.75″ marmon outlet. Standard T6 s400 outlet. This housing would be for guys wanting the most possible on a non gated big single setup. Or being used as a atmosphere turbo in compounds.
