Mid & Large Frame S4 G42/45 Turbo To Tater Built Quick Loc Vanjen Flange With Clamp Setups

This is a Industry First Never Seen Setup! This is Our Mid to Large Frame Such S400 G42 G45 G50 G55-57 Turbo Flange that Vbands Direct to your Turbocharger and then on the opposite side of the flange goes to a 3.0″ or 3.5″ Vanjen Style Flange so you can have the Adjustability and Flex of a Vanjen style clamp on Each Side Of Your Intercooler Pipe WITHOUT having to CUT or WELD onto the Compressor cover of your Turbocharger. This keeps your whole setup universal and easy to change in case of a failure at the track or out of state. Also if you were to ever resell your turbocharger its very tough to do with a Vanjen flange welded onto it. This flange is made out of 6061 aluminum and is Oringed with a Hi Temp Oring on the turbo side and Vibrant Green Vanjen Oring. Then it will come with a Stainless Bro’s Flange to Turbo side clamp that fits all Mid and Large frame chargers.

There is a picture included that we bolted a turbo up to mockup stand and built a 03-09 cummins 3″ intercooler pipe with our G42/mid/large frame chargers with Our Custom Vband to Vanjen Flange and a Quick Loc Vanjen Clamp setup. Now we will weld one to the opposite end of the pipe and one to the intercooler and have a completely sealed up that can never blow apart or blow a boost boot and still be able to change a turbo without cutting and welding onto the compressor cover!
