2003 To 2009 5.9/6.7 Cummins A/C Reroute Complete A/C Line kits

2003-2009 3rd Gen 5.6/6.7 Third Gen Cummins A/C line Kits.

This is our Tater Built Fab A/C Reroute Line Kit. This is a Complete Line Kit From the Firewall To the Accumulator Drier that is New and Custom To our kit and then from the Drier to the A/C compressor and from there the A/C Condenser. High Pressure side is Complete with new Inline Filter as well. Both New High and Low Side Service Ports. All Brand New Custom Lines and fittings. This kit uses the Factory A/C Condenser. We supply Our Custom Fittings to go on the Condenser That then connects to Our A/C lines. The A/C Compressor gets our Custom Billet Block that bolts to it and then has a Pressure Port on the High side that your Factory A/C Pressure screws onto. This is a Complete Bolt On Kit! You have to Drill 1 Hole in the Body mount Bracket To bolt the A/C Accumulator Drier to. It is very simple with a lot of wiggle room.

This Kit is the ONLY one on the Market and this is why We Designed and Built This Kit because we could not find a kit to do this job and be as clean as this kit is. ALL The A/C lines are tucked out of the way and very cleanly routed. This kit is AWESOME for Compound turbo setups! Big Single Setups with hood stacks. Or for anyone that wants a CLEAN ENGINE BAY! Our Truck has Compounds on it and has a 5″ intake and a 12″ long air filter that this whole line kit clears. The Downpipe has over 4″ of space between it and the A/C fittings that push onto the Firewall. You get COMPLETE Access to your Engine Bay with Our Kit!

This Kit Can Be Used with a Stock Intercooler or aftermarket. We built this kit to work with a Much Thicker On3 intercooler and 3.5″ intercooler piping. So stock size piping and intercooler will fit with ease.

We Build This Kit 2 Ways!

Option #1

Factory Location A/C Condenser on the OUTSIDE of the Intercooler! So no changing anything fitment wise of the the condenser. ALL Direct Bolt On!

Option #2

A/C Condenser BEHIND the Intercooler. So you get a Clean Look and cant see the Condenser! For MANUAL Trucks its a 100% bolt on reroute with just playing with the condenser mounts. But TO DO THIS if you have a AUTOMATIC Transmission. You MUST Relocate the Transmission Cooler and ReRoute the Transmission lines. The Transmission Cooler No Longer Fits between the Intercooler and Radiator. The A/C Condenser will Then sit in the Factory Transmission cooler mounts. You will have to Move your Mounts around on the Condenser to get it to bolt into place correctly. Moving your Transmission Cooler you can put it under the bed or in the bed. you will need a electric fan on it then. This KIT DOES NOT come with anything transmission line or cooler related.  This is just for the CORRECT A/C Lines to make the Condenser fit behind the Intercooler. This isnt just a kit for your do it your selfer at home to move the transmission cooler and lines. We do not have a kit for them lines and cooler yet. Maybe in the future. But if you are wanting to do this you more then likely already have a idea of what all it takes to do the job. The A/C lines are the only thing not on the market to do the job. But they are now!!!

These Kits are not hard to install. Takes a little bit of time. The fittings on the A/C Condenser with the factory nuts are a very tight fit but work fine. Firewall push on fittings fit exactly like stock. Push them on and your done. Once everything is on and Tight you will need to put a Vacuum on the system for 20 minutes. Make sure there is no leaks and then do a Full Recharge of the system. With our used A/C Pump that wasnt removed i only added 2oz of Pag Oil. Then added 1.87lbs of Refrigerant.
