We also offer rebuilds and upgrades for S300 and S400 turbochargers. Our expertise lies in engineering and manufacturing turbochargers specifically designed for the diesel and high-performance industry, ensuring a perfect fit for the high-performance market.

We stand behind our products, confident in their long-lasting performance when used appropriately. However, we recognize that our turbochargers will often be pushed to their limits, and thus we encourage our customers to be accountable for any excessive abuse. Our warranty policy reflects this commitment to quality and customer responsibility. We cover defects in parts and workmanship but remind our customers that the warranty excludes issues arising from installation errors, inadequate maintenance, or misuse.

Our turbochargers come with a one-year, unlimited miles, non-transferable, limited parts only replacement warranty. This warranty is comprehensive but does not apply if the turbocharger is misused, such as being stored improperly, used in the wrong application, or neglected.

We have specific conditions for our competition racing or sled pulling turbochargers, which are covered by a craftsmanship warranty only. These are high-intensity products, and we sell them with the understanding that they will be used in rigorous competition settings.

We aim to be customer-centric in our approach. For most products, we allow returns within 30 days, subject to a 15% cancellation fee. However, we do not accept returns on custom items like welded downpipes, swap kits, or twin kits, nor do we offer refunds or warranties on second-hand products.

At Tater Built Turbochargers, we value respect and professionalism in all our interactions. We reserve the right to void warranties in cases of libel, slander, or infringement on social media networks or other platforms.
