03-07 T3 3rd Gen 5.9 Cummins Upgraded Log Manifold. Cast Steel & Stainless Steel

Eliminate the costly exhaust manifold cracks prevalent in the factory exhaust manifold. This is our Cost Friendly option for a exhaust manifold for the stock location 03-07 5.9L Dodge Ram Cummins. Constructed out of Cast 304 Stainless Steel OR  Cast Ductile Iron with a reinforcing rib for strength along the flange and ultra-thick wall flange at the port. This exhaust manifold outflows the factory exhaust by 23% improving exhaust flow, performance and throttle response. This manifold also features Two 1/8ntp EGT Probe & Drive pressure ports, thick wall design for increased strength (0.25″ vs 0.15″ for the stock unit), Exhaust Ports Matched and has a Merged Runner design to maximize exhaust flow. Once you install this exhaust manifold, you will feel improved turbo spool up times, improved throttle response and performance.

This is our Budget Friendly Manifolds that we keep in house ready to ship for the guys that dont want to speed $1000.00 on a steed speed but need a new manifold. The Steed Speed manifolds are out favorite manifold without a doubt. But we have Learned not everyone has it in their budget so this is our solution to still be able to offer them a great upgrade and replace manifold for the 3rd gen location 03-07 5.9 cummins manifold with option of a cast steel or a cast 304 stainless steel option. These are a direct bolt on for stock turbo or stock appearing turbochargers or other T3 turbochargers. These manifolds COME WITH INSTAL GASKETS

This Manifold Is Also Optioned With OR Without Our High Torque Manifold Stud Kit  ( 55lbs Torque spec )  ( Start in the middle and work your way to the ends ) Drive for 1 or 2 days then go over the Exhuast Manifold studs again one more time and then forget about them! Check turbo nuts too!
