This is our COMPLETE T4 s300 Swap kit.

Select your Year of Truck and Style Exhaust Manifold and Size of Turbo.

  • This comes with our custom s300 turbocharger.
  • With our 6+6 Billet Compressor Wheel.
  • 80×73 9 blade tubine wheel or 76×68 10 blade turbine wheel.
  • 360 thrust bearing and HD journal bearings and total seal oil seals.
  • With choice of .91 or 1.0 T4 Exhaust housing.

We use all Stainless Steel and Tig Welded piping fabbed in house.

  • Choice of a T4 stainless steel log style manifold or Steed Speed T4 exhaust manifold.
  • With our ARP Style Manifold Stud kit and Gaskets.
  • -4an oil feed line and -12an turbo drain tube.
  • 5ply boost boots and all HD clamps needed for installation.
  • Stainless steel 3″ Intercooler pipe.
  • Direct bolt on Stainless Steel Mid pipe. Works with factory style 4″ or 5″ Exhaust.
  • Stainless Steel 4″ Cold Air Intake with MAF and MAP bungs if appetible.
  •  Air Filter with coupler and clamps.
  • If 6.7 it will come with Stand Pipe Delete and Coolant hose reroute kit. 5.9 do not need those.

This kit uses the factory style downpipe and we build a custom mid pipe to connect from the turbo to factory downpipe without the cast iron elbow. No cutting or welding or adapting needed for your exhaust. Intake comes complete with stainless steel intake with IAT and MAF sensor bungs and a 4″ air filter. If you are unsure of what size turbo is best for you setup you can look down under performance benefits to get idea of what turbo fits your needs and power levels and description for each turbo or reach out to us to discuss details/goals. Please make sure you select correct year of truck along with the turbo charger size you would like!! As of right now we are only offering our s362 for 5.9 trucks not 6.7 reason you get the error message. We do not see any reason to go that small on 6.7 cubic inch engine. the s363 spools like stock on the 6.7 trucks. These kits will require the correct tuning if you are running it on a 6.7 truck. 5.9 trucks dont absolutely need to be retuned but in some cases can benefit from a retune.

  • S363, 63 68 .83ar T4 Good towing for 5.9 trucks for stock fueling or up to 50-60hp/30% over injectors. 450-625hp. 5.9 only.
  • S363, 63 73 .91ar T4 Towing/street, stock fuel or up to 100hp/45% overs and stock or 10mm Cp3. Great for towing on 6.7 trucks. Fair towing on 5.9 trucks if stock fueling. For 550-650hp trucks.
  • s364.5, 64.5 73 .91ar T4 Good for towing on 6.7 trucks stock fuel or up to 30% overs. light towing for 5.9 trucks with stock fuel or up to 45% and 10mm Cp3. For 500-725hp Trucks
  • S366, 66 73 .91ar T4 Street/Play only on 5.9 trucks with 30% to 60% overs and 10mm Cp3. Street/light tow on 6.7 with stock fuel or up to 45% overs and 10mm cp3. For 600-750hp Trucks
