Introducing the ultimate upgrade for your 91.5-93 1st Gen and 94-02 second gen Dodge 5.9 cummins trucks – the Street boreless 63 67 hx35 Turbocharger. Designed for seamless integration, this direct bolt-on solution elevates your truck’s performance to new heights and will support up to 650hp.
These boreless design wheels spool faster and flow a extra 40 to 50hp over a throughbore style compressor wheel that has a 13.5mm center hub. We turn that 13.5mm center hub into a point and you get roughly 4mm longer blade length on each blade that moves more air.
These hx35w chargers we can do them with a 76×67 9blade G40 style turbine or we have the 76×67 super hx40 10blade turbine wheel. Which will spool slightly faster and tow slightly better. But you loose a little bit of flow on the topend that the g40 9blade gives you over the 10blade. But towing heavy and wanting the best drivability wise the 10blade is a better option.
We can also do these charger with your normal hx35w 3″ outlet flange.
