for second-gen manifold T4 swapped trucks. Designed to excel with stock injectors and up to 100% over injectors and stock CP3 pumps or 10mm or 12mm Cp3 upgrades, this turbocharger is your go-to choice for achieving impressive horsepower without compromising reliability. We designed these for guys that are stock to mild fueling that wanted a better option then a standard box s400. This G42 in the 73 75 1.0ar spec will hands down out spool up a s467 83 .90 T4 while being able to support a effortless 850hp if fueled and tuned correctly!

The G42 lineup has been our goto lineup that we have been pushing sales on a lot harder then your stanard s464/s467/s472. We are finding these chargers to spool faster, make better power and be more reliable with less oil leaks since they are resticted on how much oil they require to run. Compared to a s400 journal bearing charger they require 60% less and are restricted with our oil feed adapter/restrictor.

These Turbochargers feature our

73mm 7 blade compressor wheel. (instant response and awesome low to mid range power compared to a 6 or 5 blade compressor wheel )

75mm 9blade turbine wheel. ( faster spool, better flow then 83mm s400 turbine)

Dual ball bearing carrier.  ( faster spool up, not as prone to overspeed failure as easy )

5″ air intlet compressor cover that is sized and fits just as any standard s400 compressor cover

1.01ar T4 exhaust housing. ( best for trucks or trucks that plan to be 650-850hp )

4.62″ exhaust flange. which is identical as standard s400 T4 exhaust housing.

This turbo is a direct swap/replacement for a s464 or s467 or s472 and any s400 that is T4 and a 5″ air inlet compressor cover and boost outlet.

Installation is made easy with included install gaskets, and -4an 2 bolt feed fitting. ensuring a seamless install setup process. if you need a cummins -4an feed line and fittings we have them instock and can ship with it as well!
