Elevate your 5.9 or 6.7 Cummins or any T4 swapped truck’s performance with our custom Tater Built, Billet G45 77 89 1.01 T4 Divided or 1.15 T4 Open turbocharger, ideally suited for second-gen manifold T4 swapped trucks or any T4 pedestal. Designed to excel with 80% to 250% injectors and dual pumps or 10mm or bigger single CP3 pump. This turbocharger is your go to choice for achieving impressive horsepower with compromising reliability and drivability as little as possible. This is still considered a “big single” but it drives better then most anything else out there comparable to more like a 72mm size s400. We designed these for guys that are mild to wild fueling that wanted a better option then a box s400 with better reliability and no oil seal leaks!!!
The G series lineup has been our go to lineup that we have been pushing a lot harder to our customers then your standard s472/s476/s4oo chargers. We are finding these chargers to spool faster, make better power and be more reliable with less oil leaks since they are restricted on how much oil they require to run. Compared to say a s400 journal bearing style charger, these chargers require 60% less oil flow and come with a restricted -4an oil fitting that must be used with it or you will flood the turbo will oil and cause problems. This -4an fitting is supplied and you must run a -4an line with it.

Our custom 77mm 7 blade compressor wheel. (great response and awesome low to mid-range power compared to a 6 or 5 blade compressor wheel with awesome top end )
89×82 9blade turbine wheel. (faster spool, better flow then 87×82 10blade s400 turbine)
Ceramic Dual ball bearing carrier. (faster spool up and not as prone to overspeed failure as easy)
5″ air inlet and boost outlet compressor cover that is sized and fits just as any standard s400 compressor cover.
1.01ar T4 Divided exhaust housing. (best for trucks that plan to be 800 to 950hp range)
1.15ar T4 Open exhaust housing. (best for trucks that plan to be 950-1100hp range)
4.62″ exhaust flange. which is identical as standard s400 T4 exhaust housing.
This turbo is a direct swap/replacement for any s400 that is T4 and a 5″ air inlet compressor cover and boost outlet.
Installation is made easy with included install gaskets, and -4an 2 bolt feed fitting. ensuring a seamless install setup process. if you need a cummins -4an feed line we have them instock and can ship with it as well. These do require and will come with a restricted -4an feed fitting that MUST be used with this turbo.
