These new part numbers are purpose engineered for both diesel and gasoline high performance applications.

S300 SX-E super cores contain the following exciting new features:
360 degree thrust bearing
Compressor cover integrated speed sensor port and pre-machined boost port
Flexible compressor cover outlet options S300SX-E 2.5″ straight or our 90 degree forward cover
Forged milled (billet) 6blade compressor wheels with extended tip technology
Optimized compressor stage aerodynamics
Interchangeable with existing turbine housings for upgradability
The BorgWarner super core assembly consists of the compressor cover attached to the cartridge, all cartridge to turbine housing mounting hardware, clamp plates, cap screws and mounting gaskets. Speed sensor and turbine outlet V-band are not included with turbo assemblies.  Choose a turbine housing from our extensive list of factory housings as well as our custom cast performance housings.

CHRA Cartridge Options

we offer these s300 chargers in your normal every day OE style standard journal. They have been great for decades and have got the job done. But we also offer these in a Dual Ball Bearing spec. Which is a Tougher option when talking high performance and racing or sled pulling needs. The Dual Ball Bearing cartridge handles overspeed a lot better and lives a easier life when talking Extreme Abuse. All of our Competiton chargers are always Ball Bearing now for these reasons.

 

Compressor Specs :

Borg Warner 4″ Inlet 2.5″ straight outlet or 90 degree forward 3″ outlet compressor housing with port shroud map width enhancement, pre tapped for speed sensor and pressure port. (parts not included and will need to drill through)
66.00mm inducer 91.44mm exducer FMW Forged Milled Wheel (Billet 6+6 compressor wheel)

Turbine Specs:

-73mm exducer, 80mm inducer 9 blade turbine wheel 80×73

or

75.2mm exducer, 82mm inducer. 9 blade turbine wheel. 82×75

-T3 Open Scroll turbine housing available:  .63 A/R with Hx40 4″outlet flange. Great for VP44 trucks that do not spin high rpm. not good for high rpm.                                                                       -T3 Open Scroll turbine housing available:  .82 A/R with Hx40 4″outlet flange.
– T3 Twin Scroll Cummins Diesel Specific Housings available in .80 (14cm) non gated with hx40 4.0 flange or he351cw 4.4 outlet flange
– T4 Open Scroll turbine Housings available .88 T4 with standard s300 4.21″ marmon flange
– T4 Twin Scroll turbine housings available in .91 T4 1.00, and 1.10 T4 A/R with 4.21″ Marmon
