These are OE style replacement thermostat housing for 1998.5-2018 5.9/6.7 cummins with -10an bung. these are used for the coolant bypass kits instead of running the spacer underneath the housing these you can thread the line directing into housing. This for the housing only this does not include the line or any other fittings needed.
